Full Weekly Pool Service starting at $145 a month!
All pools will receive a service report notifying you once the pool has been serviced. Full weekly pool service plan includes basic chemicals (Chlorine, acid, ect.). An all inclusive package or a custom package for your liking is available. All pools will be adjusted using the LSI method that will insure balance water that helps extend the life of your pool surface and equipment.
Monthly rates vary and depend on the size of the pool, whether the pool has a spa, whether there are trees and shrubs nearby, pools with faulty or rundown equipment, and pools that use excessive amounts of chemicals (due to large swimmer loads, high mineral content, ammonia, etc.) will have a higher rate. All pools will be evaluated to insure proper pricing.
What I Do
- Provide a service report right after your pool has been serviced.
- Test your pool water and adjust chemicals to keep your pool water in optimum condition and balanced
- Record chemical readings
- Empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets
- Brush your pool (walls / tile / steps) Note: If you have calcium buildup on your tile-line this will not remove. A tile cleaning specialist will need to clean
- Skim the top of your pool
- Vacuum your pool when needed
- Keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae that might arise
- Verify your automatic pool cleaner operation
- Help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of swimming pool issues
What is Required to Start Service
- Complete & Submit Service Agreement
- Must have a working floor cleaning system (That would be an auto vacuum cleaner or in-floor pop-up cleaning system)
- Pool/Spa equipment must be fully operational and safe. (Example: Any type of leak or other issues causing pool to not work at it's full potential)
- Pool needs to be in service ready shape. If not an additional startup charge for initial cleaning & treatment may be needed.
What You Do
- Maintain proper water level (This is important)
- Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed
- Report any observations of swimming pool issues
